1.
Do I have to be home to receive the service?
NO. Just leave the
"Orange Bag"
out by
8:00 am
for Pick Up, and leave the door hanger out for Drop
Off by the same time.
Our driver will Pick Up and Deliver your garments back without
disturbing you.
2. I don't have the "Orange Bag" yet. Where
can I leave the garments?
You
DO NOT
have to wait for your
"FREE Welcome Kit"
or your
"Orange Bag"
to start getting your service. Just leave the garments in a
disposable bag the first time.
3. Do I have to call every time to use the service?
NO. After the first service you will be part of an
assigned route and our driver will always check for your
"Orange Bag".
Just remember to have your bag out by
8:00 am
and leave out the door hanger for delivery by the
same time.
4. What If I forget which
days you will come to Pick Up or Deliver my orders?
We will send an email one day in advance to remind you which days you are scheduled for Pick Up & Delivery.

What If I have a special request for an order?

How do you know my preferences like "Light Starch", "No Creases", or my personal info?
We will set up your
preferences when you contact us for your first order. However,
you can change them at any time. Just leave us a note in
your order, call us at

How much is for dress shirts, pants and suits?
Men's dress shirts $1.85 (Buttoned up, normally used with a tie). Pants $4.24 and suits $8.07 with discount.

Where do you Pick up & Deliver my garments?
Usually at the front door if cover. But if you have a special place, just let us know.
9.
How do I pay for my services?
Every service is charged automatically to your credit card after each delivery.
